Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SMB segment in the UK market. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing SMB clients. Understand and effectively communicate the value and benefits of DocuSign's digital transaction management solutions to potential clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed of industry trends and competition. Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy. Utilize various sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and presentations, to generate leads and close deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process. Represent DocuSign in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences. Attend regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
